I built the space I was desperately searching for when I became a mother — a place where I could lay down the armour, be witnessed in my becoming, and remember I was never meant to do this alone.
Jessie is a leadership coach, writer, and mother of three living between Mexico City and wherever the next circle gathers. Over fifteen years of working with women in boardrooms and birth rooms taught her one truth: the world changes when mothers come home to themselves.
She started the Collective with a single Zoom circle of seven friends. Four years later, we are a global sanctuary — still with the same open heart at the centre.
